The provided vehicle type approval booklet must be carried along the ride.
A registration with the vehicle documents is possible for reasons of convenience, but not necessary.
WARNING: If your model is not listed in the supplied vehicle type approval, it will be used as a TÜV certificate - then a demonstration at the TÜV/Dekra is necessary upon consultation and immediately after the installation to get the confirmation of the proper installation and therefore the approval by individual approval required according to §19.2.

Installation comments:

The mounting of the handlebar is only possible on motorcycles which have corresponding risers with a handlebar clamp of Ø22.2 mm.
All cables and Bowden cables must be layed in a way that they are not bent or tensioned during any steering and deflection movements and that there is enough distance to chafing points.
The brake hoses must not fall below a bending radius of 40 mm. At full steering angle, with the engine running, on both sides, the engine speed must not change.
It is important to ensure that all controls on the handlebar are in the correct position, even when the steering angle is at full. The hand brake cylinder or the reservoir must be in functional working position.
It is important to pay attention to the free movement of the handlebar, its attachments and enough steering angle on each side. The handlebar must be easy to move from steering stop to steering stop.
After installation, perform a functional check of the brake, clutch, throttle, lights and horn.
