Certification (in Germany):
With TüV expert report.
The report does not include any motorcycle models with tested use.
Therefore, the handlebars must always be inspected separately by the TÜV/Dekra.
The handlebars will not touch anywhere, even with full steering angle, and all cables and wires should have enough freedom of movement.
